The "Why"
Our mission is to bring real, neighborly trust back to pet care. Unlike large tech companies, we don't believe in pet care as a "side hustle". Our founder personally meets and interviews every newly onboarded sitter to ensure they meet our high standards for safety and compassion. By the time a sitter arrives at your door, they aren't just some barely background checked anaonymous contractor, they are a fully vetted neighborhood professional known and recommended personally by your community & our leadership.
The "How"
We go where real people and their pets are. Instead of running ads, we find dog-loving communities and source our sitters through genuine word-of-mouth recommendations from the people who live there. Once we’ve identified a trusted local favorite and they've met with our CEO, they're offered the opportunity to join the team.
